When Kubla was a baby I set up an email address in his name so I could send messages on his behalf to friends and family. Here are some samples.
Mama,
I want to tell you how much fun I had yesterday with you and Dad. I was a little scared of the sand at the beach, but I really loved it when you ran with me on your back and Dad chased us. I laughed so hard I peed in my diaper!
Then on the way home you gave me the best toy ever. Can I get another stick for my birthday?
