“Kubla, do you know what kind of kids never get hurt?”
He knows the drill. “Boring kids,” he says. “They just sit there, never taking any risks.”
“What kind of kids skin their knee?”
“Fun kids!” he says. “They don’t let an owie slow them down.”
He knows what kind of kid he is. He rejoins his friends.
What do you do to get your kids to forget about their pain and rejoin the fun?
